At your service of the Lowcountry Inc. was founded in 1988 by Jeannie T Sims. Jeannie is a native of Georgia and moved to Savannah in 1980 to be a construction project manager. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia with studies in Art History and Landscape architecture. She resides in the Historic District.
