Unlimited vendor referrals and suggestions
Arrange vendor appointments
Review of and assistance with all vendor contracts
Accompaniment to menu tasting (if available, depends on selected caterer) and assist with menu selection
Development of itinerary and wedding day timeline
Final vendor confirmations and distribution of itinerary
Final consultation at site the month of wedding
Final consultation with coordinator week of wedding
Assist with rehearsal dinner arrangements

DAY OF ASSISTANCE TO INCLUDE:

Walk through of site(s)
Directing rehearsal (up to 2 hours)
Distributing Wedding Day Timeline to all attendants
Wedding coordinator/director (up to 8 hours)
Making sure of proper set-up at ceremony and reception to include programs, favors, place cards, etc.
Communicating with all vendors and ensuring they provide services paid for
Cueing musicians and ushers
Lining up and directing attendants
Making sure you are ready for your grand entrance down the aisle
Distributing any gratuities or final payments to vendors on your behalf
Keeping reception on schedule (first dance, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc.) and informing MC and photographer of events
Making sure getaway transportation is ready
Making sure gifts and other belongings get to designated person(s)
Use of Wedding Emergency kit
Being there for you for whatever situation may arise
